Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need an unedited/uncut unboxing video to process any exchange claim.
Exchanges and Returns
We currently do not accept exchanges or returns except in exceptional cases where the product is recieved in a damaged state. We will need an unedited/uncut unboxing video to process any exchange claim. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. If the item has to be returned, we can arrange a pickup as needed and the replacement product will be shipped once we receive the return. In cases where return is unnecessary, we will dispatch the replacement after verifying the unboxing video. Sending of replacement product is subject to availability. If the product goes out of stock, we will communicate it with you and offer a different product for the same price or we can offer you a refund, if you do not want to purchase something else.
